Shipping and Returns

Return Policy

- All products sold at It kandy are food related products, we follow strict sanitary guidelines therefore we don't accept returns. All sales are final.

- If you received an incorrect item, email us at info@itkandy.com and the correct item will be shipped out to you.

Shipping

- Here at it kandy all orders are shipped with USPS priority mail. All orders are shipped from Dewitt VA, each  order comes with up to $50 in insurance in case your order is damaged. If thats the case please send us an email right away to info@itkandy.com with proof of the damage that way can file a claim with USPS.

Refunds from USPS will take between 7-10 days.

 

SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE:

- Please verify your address before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments. 

We will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the customer.

 

Delayed Or Lost Items

- If you have checked your tracking information and it states it has been delivered but you have not received it,  please call or visit your local post office.

Once your order has been dropped off at the post office i no longer have control of your package. It is now USPS responsibility and the matter will be need to be handle with them.

 

How Soon Will I Receive My Package

- All orders will be shipped out of our Dewitt Va warehouse within 2-4 business days (not including weekends or holidays) plus USPS priority mail shipping time which is 2-4 business days.

- once you receive your confirmation email, you can track your shipment via the tracking number on the email provided.
